SHIPPING
Bitaclan is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items once an order has shipped from our facility.

Domestic Shipping (Within Canada and the U.S.):
Free shipping on orders over $100

$10 flat rate shipping on all other orders

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing before your order is shipped

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped

We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes

Taxes, where applicable, will be calculated at checkout

Delivery dates are not guaranteed

International Shipping:

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet entered the packing or shipping phase.
To request a cancellation, please email us at bitaclanenquires@gmail.com.

If your cancellation is approved, you will be notified and refunded within 8–10 business days. If you do not see a refund after this time, please follow up via email.

Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, individual items cannot be edited or modified.

RETURN POLICY
All sales are final.
At this time, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or returns.
Please ensure that all details — including shipping address, item selection, and payment information — are correct before placing your order.
Bitaclan reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request at its discretion.

EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items.
